Amsterdam, July 2018 – Committed Capital and FYEO Medical B.V. (“FYEO Medical”) have agreed on a majority shareholding in FYEO Medical, an eye clinic for refractive surgery in Eersel.
With approximately 40 employees, FYEO Medical offers surgery in the field of laser eye surgery and implant lenses, among other things. FYEO Medical is the largest clinic for uninsured refractive surgery in the Netherlands.
Committed Capital focuses its participations on ambitious SMEs. Committed Capital distinguishes itself from other capital providers by its ability to create winning teams in its portfolio companies, with the Director/major shareholder (DGA) remaining with the company for a certain period of time. This participation is in line with Committed Capital’s strategy of bringing SMEs with growth potential, a proven earnings model and strong competitiveness to the next development/growth phase. The investment is made from the second fund of Committed Capital.
