Born in Hong Kong Wai moved to the Netherlands at a young age and spent most of his youth in the Achterhoek region. After studying Economics in Rotterdam, Wai worked in the Acquisition Finance department at ING. For Wai, the human factor is by far the most important determinant of success in private equity. Decisions in participations are therefore strongly focused on letting the DGA and the management team excel.

Born in the east of the country, Albert studied business administration in Groningen. He then gained experience in restructuring and transaction services (KPMG) before making the switch to the investment profession in 2011. Albert strongly believes in building the right teams as a prerequisite for joint success.

After a year in the lecture halls of the VU, Vincent discovered that he likes to be busy all day and started at the age of 19 in the Audit practice of PwC. Parallel to this he studied at Nyenrode. Vincent joined Committed Capital in 2013 and he has enjoyed building winning teams and developing his colleagues ever since.

Daan comes from an entrepreneurial family and grew up on and around the Loosdrecht lakes. After studying business administration in Groningen, he started at PwC, where he supported private equity parties in making strategic acquisition and value creation decisions. In 2017, Daan followed his entrepreneurial roots and started at Committed Capital. Working on the development of Committed Capital, in parallel with expanding the fast-growing companies in the portfolio energizes him.

Sijbrand grew up in London and studied Economics in Groningen. He then gained several years of experience in strategy & M&A at two companies in the UK and the Netherlands. Ultimately, Sijbrand found his sweet spot at Committed Capital in helping SMEs and their management teams accelerate growth.

Jacqueline grew up in an entrepreneurial family. She completed her Economics studies in Amsterdam cum laude, worked at Accenture in Prague and at Rabobank in various departments, including Financial Restructuring & Recovery and Acquisition Finance. In 2021, she traded the banking sector for Committed Capital and enjoys working with entrepreneurs on successful strategy.

Felix studied economics in Utrecht and finance in his hometown of Rotterdam. In addition to his studies, he spent a lot of time on the Lauwersmeer where he taught sailing lessons. In 2019, Felix joined Committed. Felix believes that a genuine interest in people and companies makes the difference.

Luc grew up in Gouda with a Dutch mother and a French father, over the family's wine import business. After gaining his own entrepreneurial experience while studying in Rotterdam, he joined Committed Capital in 2020. Luc loves getting to the bottom of a new market.

Haoli joined Committed Capital in September 2022. She previously studied and worked in UK and is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). She has extensive experience in financial reporting, fund administration and depositary services through various positions at her previous employments. As a finance manager, she is responsible for external reporting of our funds, cash flow planning, analysis, and coordination of the administration.

Carla joined Committed Capital in February 2022. She was born and raised in Amsterdam. She has held a variety of professions over the years but her most recent experience came during the 13 years she worked at TowerBrook Capital Partners. There she was responsible for operational, legal and compliance tasks. At Committed Capital she now works as Compliance & Office Manager and greatly enjoys the versatility of this position.

Jonathan grew up in Amsterdam and earned 2 masters degrees in Business Administration and Finance, respectively. After his studies he did internships in Corporate Finance and Private Equity, after which he started his career at an international Investment Bank. In February 2023, Jonathan joined Committed Capital as an analist where he works with enthusiasm and dedication with entrepreneurs to promote the success of their businesses.

Niels is an entrepreneurial type. As a student from Rotterdam, he started his own business at a young age. He did his first internship at Committed Capital and subsequently gained over 6 years of experience at an M&A boutique. After this Niels pursued his dream for over a year and embarked on a sailing adventure. Once back on land, Niels returned to Committed Capital in May 2023, where he wholeheartedly dedicates himself to the accelerated and sustainable growth of businesses.

After completing his studies in econometrics in Maastricht and Rotterdam, Antal embarked on a series of internships with a corporate finance advisor, hedge fund, and an investment firm. He then commenced his professional journey in strategy consulting at BCG, focusing primarily on engagements for investment companies. Driven by his passion for entrepreneurship, he transitioned to Committed Capital, where he takes great pleasure in assisting entrepreneurs with his analytical approach and genuine interest in people.

Mark grew up in an entrepreneurial family in the Nijmegen region. After completing his Finance studies in Tilburg, he worked for 9 years in the M&A department of BDO, where he assisted owner-founders in the SME sector with the purchase or sale of their company. Mark continued his career at Total Specific Solutions where he and his Finance team were responsible for multiple business units and the financial integration of acquired companies. In 2024, Mark joined Committed Capital where he can once again combine his experiences from BDO and TSS with entrepreneurship.
