Today, we are proud to announce that we have reached an agreement on the sale of our stake in FYEO to EuroEyes.

Since June 2018, we have had the privilege of being involved in FYEO’s growth journey. What started as a single location has rapidly evolved into a nationwide player and market leader with 15 clinics across the Netherlands—an impressive growth story.

Under the inspiring leadership of founder Paul Holtmann, the foundation was laid for a distinctive concept in refractive eye care. In later years, the management team led by Rens Schoenmakers took over and continued to build on this foundation with the same energy, focus, and discipline.

What makes us particularly proud is that this growth went hand in hand with maintaining the three core values that have defined FYEO from day one:

With its integration into EuroEyes, FYEO now has the opportunity to continue its mission on an international scale and help even more people worldwide achieve freedom from glasses.
