Amsterdam, April 1st, 2021 – FYEO is expanding its network of eye clinics through the proposed acquisition of Worldeye clinic in Amsterdam. FYEO is one of the most advanced private clinics in Europe for refractive surgery. FYEO and Worldeye offer different kind of treatments which allow people to choose for a life without glasses.
With the acquisition of Worldeye, FYEO connects a strong and experienced eye care player to its group. Worldeye offers, just like FYEO, high-quality treatments with a prominent hospitality level. The clinic of Worldeye in Amsterdam has ultra-modern operating rooms for laser treatments and lens implants. With this merger FYEO clients in Amsterdam and surroundings will be able to receive all kind of treatments.
FYEO offers consultations and examinations for laser and lens replacement treatments in Amsterdam, Breda, Eersel and Eindhoven. The acquisition is in line with FYEO’s growth strategy and strengthens its leading position in the Netherlands.
