Strategy
Business succession and professionalising the financial function formed the basis of the collaboration with Hydropack. In the end, the company was sold to Quadrum Capital in 2015.
Team
After an intensive search a new management team was attracted that focused on operational management, business development and sales. In the meantime, more financial control was created in the project organisation and contributed to the predictability of results.
Growth
Partly due to the long-term search for a new management, the company is delayed in its growth. Ultimately, the company is sold at a similar size.
