Amsterdam / Veenendaal – on 10 July, funds managed by Committed Capital sold DataExpert to Quadrum Capital. DataExpert was part of the first fund of Committed Capital (formerly known as Soestdijk Capital) backed by Headway Capital Partners from the UK.

Its technology investments include Sparkler (Big Data Republic, JCore, JDriven, AI Vantage Divotion), Nerds & Company, Sigmax, and Wazzup Software, as well as cybersecurity company Storro. Quadrum Capital recently closed its EUR 100 million Quadrum Investment Fund II and DataExpert is Quadrum Capital’s fourth investment from this fund.
