On 30 November 2022 Progé has acquired 100% of the shares of Colormatics. Like Progé, Colormatics produces solutions for the construction industry; by foiling products, it adds a protective layer and color.

Whereas Progé operates mainly in the Netherlands and specializes in wood, Colormatics is based in Belgium and focuses on aluminum and PVC, giving it a wide product range. Thus, the acquisition broadens Progé’s product offering in material and product types and expands Progé geographically.

Colormatics’ products fit well with Progé’s vision of enabling an efficient construction process by reducing labor intensity in the installation phase. By sharing knowledge, the Progé group will accelerate its product innovation.
