Strategy
Business succession combined with further professionalization of sales and marketing and product innovation has made the company ready for growth. Due to substantial investments in automation and capacity expansion, the company has also been able to increase efficiency.
Team
Immediately after the investment, the management team has been strengthened with a commercial manager. Together with the operations manager, they became shareholders and formed the management team, complemented by the support of the DGA.
Growth
Partly due to the investments in the team, product innovation and automation, Voskuilen has realised an above-average growth compared to the market which has led to the sale to Group of Butchers, a portfolio company of Nordian Capital Partners in 2013.
