We focused on succession of the DGA and further professionalization of the financial project management organization.
Team
The son of the DGA has developed himself within 2 years after our investment into a successor of his father. We therefore sold the shares back to the family.

Despite the economic circumstances as of the investment in 2008, the company was steadily growing in turnover and profitability.
