Haoli Sertons joins Committed Capital’s team with effect from 1 September. As finance manager, she will be responsible for external reporting of our funds, cash flow planning, financial reporting and analysis and coordination of administration. Haoli studied and worked in UK before relocating to the Netherlands. She is a Fellow of Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) with extensive experience in financial reporting and strong knowledge of IFRS , UK GAAP and Dutch GAAP. Haoli has over 20 years professional experience , out of which 12 years in private equity and real estates industry, the funds’ sizes range from 60 million to one billion involving both simple and complex legal and tax structures.
