Effective July 1, 2022, Continuous Learning will acquire the company Blom Partners. Blom Partners specializes in personality assessments for vacancies and positions, particularly in middle and senior management. Especially there it is important that the right person takes the right seat. For employees who have been with the company for some time, the personality test is very useful to find out which next steps someone can handle. . For its assessments, Blom uses a fully in-house developed and integrated personality assessment (IPP®) which has been used with many renowned corporate clients since its inception. Blom Partners was set up in the early 1990s by Hans Blom.

The new owner, Continuous Learning, is also the parent organization of Civas, a renowned training institute with more than 100 courses in coaching, nutrition, psychology and HR. With the acquisition of Blom Partners, Civas strengthens its offering with a unique assessment platform with more depth and higher predictive value than traditional personality assessments.
