With effect from 10 February, our new colleague Mehmet Samutoglu started as Investment Manager.

Mehmet is strong with numbers – he studied Accountancy for a reason. But only looking back on developments in retrospect was too one-sided for him. He started an online shop alongside his work and when he later got into investing, he knew: this is it. In Mehmet’s own words: ‘At Committed, I can combine my knowledge and entrepreneurial mentality. Helping companies in different industries move forward, that’s what I love. My pragmatic approach comes in handy. Entrepreneurship is largely a matter of feeling. You can calculate a lot, but you also just have to do it.’
