On September 8, 2022 Civas acquired 100% of the shares in E-learning Wizard. E-learning Wizard focuses on the professional development of teachers in the primary education sector. E-learning Wizard develops e-learning courses offered under the label Lerarenacademie. The company also has its own online platform through which it sets up complete online academies for continuing education for schools, for which schools take out subscriptions. The acquisition accelerates Civas entry into new verticals beyond the coaching, nutrition, and complementary health care markets.
