A network of resellers, distributors and own shops enables Verasol to provide several Western European countries with their garden products. Strategy
We focused on professionalising the finance, marketing & sales, production and supply chain functions. In addition, we have adequately mitigated the high dependence of a few large resellers & distributors, the high turnover, the impact of the economic crisis and increasing pressure on quality and delivery time.
Team
Immediately after the investment we have appointed a new CEO. Together with the new CEO, the management team was further shaped in the following years. Due to the enormous growth, a CFO/COO was appointed in 2016, enabling the CEO to focus entirely on commercial activities.
Growth
The expansion of the own shopping network and internationalisation were the focus for the future growth of Verasol. Verasol has become the European market leader in aluminium verandas and garden rooms resulting in significant growth in turnover and EBITDA. Verasol was sold in 2017 to AAC Capital Partners.
